The Churrasco BBQ begins with breads and side dishes. As you enjoy your first course, you will be brought some of the finest churrasco selections including freshly skewered beef, chicken, chorizo, pork and lamb. The Rodizio selection will include one of the most famous cuts of beef in Brazil – the Rump cap (Picanha). This cut of meat is crusted in rock salt which is then cooked over hot charcoals and cut fresh at your table. Meats are marinated with delicious ingredients such as garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, cloves, cinnamon, Portuguese spices, honey and chilli. To complete the experience, the banquet will conclude by serving grilled pineapple, glazed with syrup and cinnamon.
The whole venue is available for christenings, engagements, weddings & other functions. The seating capacity is 350 and there is fantastic live entertainment on the weekend available to celebrate hen's nights, birthdays, school formals, buck's nights and Christmas Parties. There are a range of menus to suit any occasion.
