9inety 2wo is set in a beautiful 1877 heritage building which was once the Temperance Hall of Bathurst around 2.5 hours drive from Sydney. However, having a glass of wine with your meal won't be a problem these days.The intimate courtyard is so peaceful and quiet, perfect for lunch or dinner. Head chef Brett Melhuish uses a fine selection of ingredients in a mod-Oz menu that boasts dishes like poached chicken sausage with confit quail and crisp emu pancetta with quail jus.
