Event Description:
The Wine Education Centre is the premier provider of wine education in Western Australia with over 30 years experience! Regular Wine Education courses are available each term with additional specialty courses available periodically. Courses commence in February, April, July and October each year. The Wine Education Centre is located in West Perth
The six week course, "Wine Essentials", covers making, tasting and enjoying wine and includes an fun wine and food experience held off-site during the final week. There is no requirement to sit an exam but all participants receive a certificate of attendance.
The eight week course, "Wine Business", is suited to those interested in a more in-depth course on wine styles and techniques or for those employed in the wine industry, who require more technical information and accreditation.
Wine Basics, an introductory course, Wine Essentials, Wine Business and our advanced Wine Varietals - Australian courses are all official courses of the Wine Industry Association of Western Australia. These courses are recognised throughout the wine industry.
The Wine Basics, Wine Essentials, Wine Business and Wine Varietals - Australian Courses are held throughout the year. Specialty Courses on topics of interest to all wine lovers are also held throughout the year.
