Sinclair’s Gully is Adelaide Hills’ first eco-certified winery and cellar door, and only the second within Australia. Nestled in a bushland setting in Norton Summit, Sinclair’s Gully produces award-winning wines under ecologically sustainable practices. The ECO certification program recognises that the winery has achieved best practice within ecologically sustainable tourism. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties have been planted on the site, which is also rich in endangered native vegetation and Australian birdlife.
Wine for sale by the glass from AUD5.00 or by the bottle from AUD20.00. Platters for two - AUD35.00 or bring your own picnic. Strictly no BYO alcohol.
