It’s ba-aa-ack! The Good Food and Wine Show, in all of its fragrant, sizzling glory is once again coming back to Perth and making foodie fantasies come true with a stellar line-up of events and celebrity appearances. Adding to the fervour of the last few years, this year’s show will not only have live cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs like George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan, Matt Moran, Manu Feildel, and Dominique Rizzo (to name a few), but more than 150 food, wine and beverage exhibitors, an official Show Restaurant, plates of food from a range of gourmet producers available around the show, wine masterclasses and tastings at the Riedel Wine Theatre and the Riedel Decanter Bar and Cheesematters Masterclasses for cheese fanatics.
Also joining the show for the first time, will be the Gourmet Garden Cooking School which will teach participants how to create amazing, quick and easy meals from super fresh ingredients. The show will be on from 10am to 4:30pm and 6pm to 9:30pm on Friday, 2 July, 10am to 6pm on Saturday, 3 July and 10am to 6pm on Sunday, 4 July, 2010.
