Organic Cooking Class - Enjoy a hand-on organic cooking class at Mondo, known for its exciting and inspirational approach to food. The hands-on classes are presented with contagious passion and enthusiasm, and are suited to the absolute beginner through to food enthusiasts. They are full of helpful hints and showcase premium local organic produce and ingredients - this year they are featuring Sergio Carlei biodynamic wines from Beaconsfield, Victoria. Unless specified, each class is designed to cater for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies. $95 per person. Duration around two and a half hours.
Premium Organic Cooking Classes - Enjoy a hands-on organic cooking class, followed by a banquet style dinner, including a glass of wine. This premium cooking class is normally presented by a Chef and/or include premium cooking ingredients or cuisines such as seafood. $110 per person. Duration around two and a half hours.
Wine Appreciation Classes for 2 - An informative guide to wine to suit both the beginner to more experienced. The classes include: wine tasting notes, tasting of featured wines & three matching mondo canapes. $50 for two people. Around 1 hour.
