Event Description:
If only we could all live amongst the lush vineyards of Western Australia and taste exclusive, unreleased wines. In celebration of the launch of Western Australia Wine Month, the Wine Industry Association of Western Australia is hosting a special event which will introduce Perth Pinot lovers to some of those lucky winemakers. The event will unveil some of the regions best new vino to a select crowd of 150 people. This special evening will introduce the winemakers to fervid fans of their passion. Guests will have the freedom to mingle with producers from Brookhampton Estate, Xanadu Wines and others. Why not share a glass and start a conversation about this year’s harvest?

Celebrate the craftsmanship of Western Australia's unique, award winning wineries and toast to a successful spring. The event will be held at the renowned Matilda Bay Restaurant, which overlooks Swan River, Kings Park, Perth Water, and the city lights. Tickets cost only $35 or $25 for employees of the hospitality industry, and there will be lucky door prizes to be won. The ticket includes entrance, a tasting glass, tastings, canapés, and the answers to all of your curious questions. These wines have never before been released and guests have the opportunity to pre-order the vintages of their choice. Terry Redman, the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, will address the audience on the subject of Western Australian wine producers. In this stunning setting, stirred by the view and the vino, guests can later retreat to Matilda's restaurant for fine food with new friends. The evening will kick off at 5:30pm and run until 8:00pm.
