Event Description:
Hunter Valley Wine Society is hosting a Lovedale Rd (& surrounds) Tasting at The Vintage Hunter Wine & Information Centre in the heart of Pokolbin's Wine Country. The Lovedale region is situated to the East of the busier central Hunter Wine Country area. This area is made up of boutique wineries, quality guesthouses & a unique range of galleries & restaurants.
The area is best known for its annual progressive "Lovedale Long Lunch". This tasting will be a preview to the Lovedale Long Lunch which is to be held on 20 & 21 May 2006.
The tasting of these boutique wineries paired with a range of Hunter cheeses, olives & preserves will allow attendees the opportunity to discuss a range of boutique Lovedale Rd wines with the winemakers & vignerons. A range of Hunter produce to include cheeses, olives & preserves will complement the wines.
