Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and flavours of an Asian market place, with clashing woks, lions, dragons, Asian pop, and spicy Sichuan food at Sydney’s Chinese New Year Festival Markets.Chefs, including former MasterChef contestants Adam Liaw and Alvin Quah, will demonstrate their sizzling cooking techniques in the Chinese New Year AYAM™ Kitchen. Learn how to make mouth-watering specialties to celebrate the Lunar New Year at home. International chefs from Chengdu will spice up your life with fiery Sichuan food stalls. Or if you like your flavours a little milder, slurp a bowl of noodles, or tuck into some traditional new year dumplings. Chinese New Year AYAM Kitchen 20-22 January @ Belmore Park.
