Bar-Be School teaches the fine art that is the barbecue so you will learn how to use it to its maximum capacity for maximum flavour. This is your chance to hone your skills and pretty soon you will become the most popular person in the neighbourhood.
Watch as the professional chef presenters demonstrate their hotplate prowess before you amongst the action too. From a whole roasted leg of lamb to marinated sirloin steaks, you’ll be sizzling to tasty perfection with the tips and methods gathered on the day. The class also involves a fascinating wine tasting and tutorial which ties in nicely with the lunch following the lesson.
