Stillwater in Launceston wins prestigious award



19/09/2011 - Stillwater won the Australian Award for the Best Stand Alone Restaurant at the National AHA Awards in Sydney in August this year, this is it's third National Award since the restaurant opened in October 2000.

The operation has continued to define Contemporary Tasmanian Cuisine since it's inception. With the best quality produce and some of the best wines on the doorstep this regional restaurant is a showcase of all that is local, regional and seasonal. Top quality service is integral to Stillwater and a heritage site exuding warmth and a generous ambiance sets the scene for many a memorable dining experience.
